The complete renovation
After months of research, we have finally discovered this magnificent set of trulli in their raw state but whose immense potential has not escaped us. The COVID years have obviously lengthened the process of acquisition, obtaining permits and the duration of the construction site. A little over two years were needed to achieve the final result.
A beautiful plot of 2 ha abandoned and some buildings in ruins.

Rendered brittle by erosion and the many winters, the stones of the cones have been entirely replaced by new ones from local quarries and cut by hand on site.

After the elimination of plasters and other coatings, a complete sanding restores the stones to their original appearance.

Sanitary and electricity are adapted to current requirements and standards and ensure a stay with all modern comforts in the heart of a historic setting.

The Berlusconi law authorizes extensions at the rate of 20% of the starting surface. We used them to equip the complex with a spacious equipped kitchen and a technical room.

Local craftsmen applied themselves to cutting the stones, building walls, leveling the land to create harmony and optimize circulation between the different spaces.

Located below the buildings, the swimming pool has been covered with micro-cement to give it a natural appearance and reflections that blend perfectly with the colors of the stones, the sky and the olive trees.

Main place of life during the hot season, the outdoor lounge, its kitchen and its barbecue were built from scratch with local stones and pure, easy-to-maintain coatings.
